we don't touch broadcast_text_locale, if broadcast_text_locale is different to the field having ref to it we change that field to 0 missing ` around table and column names.
i vote this is also the reason sometimes it doeen't give kill credit on achievement.
i think he is using some telegram android beta build. a change that was removed on stable.
not sure if that setting is for such thing, can you try if android allows you to see that channel?
