__Problem__ If I specify the launch path to e.g.: `"openscad.launchPath": "d:\PortableApps\PortableApps\OpenSCADPortable\OpenSCADPortable.exe"` then the launcher exits with an error message: ~~~ Cannot find the command: "d:\PortableApps\PortableApps\OpenSCADPortable\OpenSCADPortable.exe".
