The native NDI output would provide a better quality image compared to capturing a small window.

The latest pre-release of OnlyM includes the ability to have it display in a window. This may be of some use when used in a broadcast setting. See OnlyM Settings...

@Nickyes - I believe the suggestion from @Wistula was to use OnlyV and set the output monitor to the timer monitor.
