Reports are only generated for auto mode, not for manually generated timers.

@LvDaniel There is a technical issue that I haven't been able to overcome yet. I can create a transparent window but OBS doesn't recognise it! I haven't investighated at length...

@vangquan The latest pre-release allows you to specify "windowed" output for timer and countdown. Please take a look and let me know how you get on.
