Looks like flask_cors is not installed. But it's present in [requirements file](https://github.com/scorelab/fact-Bounty/blob/6e5ae42ab8982f8b231f2c12c011d137f81097f2/fact-bounty-flask/requirements.txt#L13). Have you installed all requirements.txt?? And the virtual environment is active??
