Support for utf8 submission (text_to_handwriting)

The program is great. It would be really cool if it had support for custom encodes. For example, to send in "pt-br" the utf-8 encode would be necessary.

Text example: "Quem dá e tira com o diabo fica, sua mão se danifica, sua vó será maldita, e sua sogra ressuscita." Output: image
