Cannot create virtual box by "vagrant up"

1. 究竟是运行get_ips.py还是fuckcdn.py? 2. 若执行get_ips.py 网站已经在命令行中指定，那config.py里面还需要设置么？ 3. target.log是只有在执行fuckcdn.py时候才用到么？ 可以详细说明一下，这两个脚本究竟有有什么作用以及使用方法吗？
