Headers in responses do not get their refs resolved in the same way as other headers do

The function [updateRefs(apiResponse, pathRef)](https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-parser/blob/d3b1894e79405313d0930c23400b7a67359f560b/modules/swagger-parser-v3/src/main/java/io/swagger/v3/parser/processors/PathsProcessor.java#L168) does not update refs for headers in the response whilst it does this correctly for examples and content.
