it's now way easier to add an icon theme to LibreOffice cause it will allow extensions https://design.blog.documentfoundation.org/2017/10/23/how-to-bundle-icon-themes/ so if you'd like to submit a numix icon theme, let me know....

There are plenty of DarkMode issues (papercuts). For better tracking it would be better to have for each DarkMode papercut a separate issue please.
