Goddamn curses interface. I didn't code that interface, and was originally against its inclusion entirely, plus the backtrace is mostly gibberish so I don't really know how to fix it,...

When testing, it turned out that it happens regardless of terminal dimensions. I've disabled the pokedex on esm when playing in curses mode for now; it doesn't happen on hardfought...
