HMAC enabled Bloom filter and Scalable Bloom Filter

Provides an HMAC extension to the existing implementation. The filters now also have the possibility to use keyed hash functions.

Add examples for IntUtils functions

None of the IntUtils functions come with examples. We should add an example for each of the functions.

It will be good to add a detailed example of how to deconstruct the fields of a custom ADT through pattern matching.
