essential container is pending after enabling service connect for ECS on EC2

the issue still persists, I am using this image al2023-ami-ecs-hvm-2023.0.20250828-kernel-6.1-x86_64 with ECS agent version v1.98.0, the main container remains pending and the service connect container goes unhealthy after few minutes.
