In such cases, I think it would be better to use the DevToys tools both as a CLI and through the use of the internal DevToys API.

Seems like disabling hardware acceleration in chrome helped me.

The ability to write custom llama or other text model based extensions for DevToys will be great. Can't wait an API for it to make some.
