修改斜杠的排版效果

在罗列宏包或文档类的时候，建议去掉斜杠两侧的间距。例如在 6.03 版 1.4.1 小节（小节标题：文档类）中列举的 ctex 中文文档类得到了「ctexart / ctexrep / ctexbook」的效果。
