VSCode Troubleshooting

Same problem here! I tried using `${env:VARIABLE}` from vscode in the `"dart.flutterSdkPath"`. Something like: `"dart.flutterSdkPath": "${env:FLUTTER_ROOT}"`. But the dart plugin doesn't support this.

`asdf list-all deno` only returns 100 latest releases

I believe there must be a way to get the versions by the deno [Releaes.md](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/denoland/deno/main/Releases.md) file.
