The problem with trying to support both approaches is that the typing doesn't work out. If you use .then typescript complains because the return value might not be a promise....
I'm going to merge this in, publish as v4 so you have your changes, and then make some changes I want to make w/ a v5 release.

Can someone confirm if this is fixed? I'm curious if setting a non-zero `fsGroup` for a pod with a EFS mount works now, as I'm setting it for my EBS...

I'm also unclear on where `kubelib` comes from in `kadet.load_from_search_paths("kubelib")`

Sidenote: I _love_ how simple routing is, it's a beautifully minimalistic way to get a server started.
