I have same issue. In my case removing Skygfx fix it.

Another feature i would like is the weapon hotkey with D-pad. I test it using Xpadder to assign keyboard numbers to the D-pad and it worked, but is messed up...

This happened for me too. Using also any other mod that changes densities.

Still the same after doing that. It happens even after uninstalling almost everything except these and Cleo but all scripts disabled. I noticed if in the Limit Adjuster debug there...
