Deprecate in favor of cocoapods-packager?

Since CocoaPods/cocoapods-packager#17 has been closed and `cocoapods-archive` is now merged with `cocoapods-packager`, should we deprecate `cocoapods-archive` now (e.g. add a dedicated paragraph in the `README`) to inform users?

Following the announcement in https://github.com/kylef/Mockingjay/issues/98, just warn users about this and where to go to become a maintainer.

I know you've done some talks about Aspects, like [this one](https://speakerdeck.com/steipete/building-aspects) that Kyle made me discover. Maybe you should add those to either your README or in the GitHub's Wiki?
