Hello, I used NEFT tune alpha noise in the training loop to avoid overfitting. But, after training it for some steps after reaching 0.8 loss I tried asking a question...

There were a number of spaces and libraries to be removed.

Added range parameters and some bit operations.

Removed spaces and added 2 functions.
