Bloomer is able to be used with Tree-shaking thanks to `bloomer/esm` and already has `module | jsnext:main` in `package.json`. Also, you can use it with [UMD](https://unpkg.com/[email protected]/bundles/bloomer.min.js) thanks to www.unpkg.com

Missing `isFullWidth` prop in Table element

[Table element](https://bloomer.js.org/#/documentation/elements/table) is lacking of `isFullWidth` prop, so it can render `is-fullwidth` css rule from [bulma](http://bulma.io/documentation/elements/table/).

This way, intellisense is going to be better with this hints. Also, it's going to be easier for new developers to contribute.
