No module named mininet

I did successfully install mininet and ryu and both worked well in basic. However, for another project, when I execute the .py code for mininet, there is always the error...

When run the collect.sh, it seems like the inspection have many redundant, and for the hping3, it couldn't detect any. Can you help me fix the problem?

When I run "sudo python3 topo.py", I got the error "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'mininet'". I did search the solution but nothing seemed to work yet.
