Change error verification from string comparison to statusCode comparison within the saving process

As suggested by @tjohnsonBCM [here](https://github.com/zowe/vscode-extension-for-zowe/pull/685#issuecomment-619021787), this looks like a better solution for verification when we have an etag error from z/OSMF. Proposal is to check against `uploadResponse.apiResponse[0].error.mDetails.errorCode` or `uploadResponse.apiResponse[0].error.mDetails.httpStatus` instead...
