Single watch for multiple nodes can't detect node path

If proposed change to API is acceptable I can make push request with my patch for this solution

gnome.mkenums generates huge command which causes `command line too long` error

> I'm not sure why we use absolute paths; would have to check `git blame`. Absolute paths are added because of https://github.com/mesonbuild/meson/issues/973 as I can see.
