If we add the extra `IS_FAVORITE` request, then it'll make some extra duration costs. Does that sound reasonable to you? @hhgz9527

This is a known iOS bug when an app is first installed, call request access, select limited and pick nothing. Still waiting for the feedback from Apple.

Permissions would be dynamic checking things, so I guess the most proper way is to use the request method instead?

This might be discussed before. AFAIK the `MediaStore` doesn't support such filter options or predication, so we didn't figure out a proper way to implement this feature.
