[FR] Summed Feedback mode

A Feedback mode to allow all delay taps to be summed, and feed back onto themselves. Possibly this mode deactivates `Per Tap Feedback`.

Have a control knob in `Feedback` section for compression / shaping of feedback signal. % of influence of shaping.
