[FR] Summed Feedback mode

A Feedback mode to allow all delay taps to be summed, and feed back onto themselves. Possibly this mode deactivates Per Tap Feedback.

Such functionality would put multiple lines in one-sample processing, their FX included, and also make their computation co-dependent. There is probably a significant performance hit to be expected
