I can confirm through my own experience that Hound will ignore/error on any folder it finds in the .config file which isn't a repository as Lampros showed above. I solved...
Because in my particular case, the Hound repo isn't shared publicly. (This **IS** something I have considered doing, but don't have the necessary Apparatus to do so just yet)
Is there a possibility of extending this request to include local repositories on Windows also? (or should I submit a new issue?)
