Need a gallery type drop down for the Ribbon bar to support satellite selection.

This needs to be smaller as its taking up too much real estate in the Ribbon

Add mutual pass predictions

Only once mutual observers have been added

Each view needs to update the ribbon buttons state depending upon the state of the view. i.e. of no sats are selected the follow options in the 3d view should...

- Add 3D model support - Rewrite rendering code for - Satellites - Orbit tracks - Passes

This needs a total rewrite as it looks very messy

These need completing for all views.
