Reproduced only with CL apps. Non `$$` also work with AdGuard for Windows, so should also work with extensions, if the problem will be reproeducible with it.

In this case, all lines will be sorted, including comments `//`. * Sorting should not be applied to comments. * After a comment, the sorting should start again.
