After removing it, the sites below still open fine.

1. Open any of the 2 sites from the list above with the AdGuard Quick Fixes enabled
2. The site is blocked - that's expected
3. Add the badfilter rule. For instance, this ads.twitter.com opens fine
4. Remove the rule
5. Open the ads.twitter.com again - the site still opens but should be blocked like on p.2
6. Disable AdGuard Quick Fixes
7. The site is blocked.

Expected behavior - the sites are blocked on the p.5.
