Do you have a reference for the EU lbt requirements? It doesn't take long to take an RSSI measurement of an active channel and in theory it could be done...
Just had another look at this, freq band seems really really narrow. Not sure how XF and R9 handle it.
868 bands have now been added, but LBT is not yet in use.

Best to come to the discord to ask more specific questions.
