Why do you use custom transfer group? Is your bds server running on windows?

It appears only with Nukkit. I currently do not know what it causes. But I can confirm it.

For example: It occurs when player transfer from nukkit server (implemented weather, it is raining) to pmmp server (not implemented weather). @GamakCZ check out how nukkit make it rains.

You should disable encryption in pocketmine and the issue should solve itself.
