Add error and its check for collision with JS API

I made this pull request kind of quick, do not hesitate to reject it if you want me to do it again in a cleaner way (branched, rebased, squashed).

Failed initial INFO message from server is hard to understand

I should have pointed that the case where those errors happened is a regular NATS with TLS enabled, except running on port 443
