Is there in fact a way to change it to pure USB instead of going through WiFi?

Afterburner shows around 45 FPS in an idle menu.

Issue continues, whenever I scroll the screen, the screen goes pixelized. On a USB 3.0, I expect at least a stable bitrate.

Is it normal to be laggy on USB 3.0?
