I think you'll have to take this to Shelly support. The device clearly reports two separate motor endpoints, so that's what Z-Wave JS shows you.
@QubinoHelp can you elaborate on which device(s) and firmware versions this is the case? I can label the endpoints in Z-Wave JS accordingly if I know.
