I believe there is a problem with the progress in bootloader-only mode. I just got this during an OTW upgrade:  The upgrade has finished successfully FWIW.
@robertsLando Can you remind me tomorrow to compile you a bootloader without the version check? Then you can OTW the same version over and over.
