I also had this problem my fix was similar to chriswilcz. I copied the folder (C:\Users{USER}\AppData\Roaming\OrcaSlicer) started Orcaslicer so that new config was generated and copied everything(hms,log,etc) exept Orcaslicer.config andOrcaslicer.config.bak....
