Replacing zip-js files with older versions from the [example branch gh-pages](https://github.com/rschroll/efm/tree/gh-pages) seemed to solve the issue. Reasons for incompatibility still need to be determined.

Found a way to manually clean up the environments in the meantime using the docker cli. e.g. `docker dev stop pdfservices-boring_wilbur`
