Another issue is the interaction with `-Zmultitarget` #8176 IMO we should be able to do the following: ```rust [package] forced-target = ["x86_64-pc-windows-msvc", "i686-pc-windows-msvc"] ```

`ListViewStyle::Detailed` is unusable at the moment because of this. @gabdube Any chance of getting a fix?

Follow up: it actually works fine with COMCTL v6.
