Thread-unsafe usage of HttpServletResponse corrupting jetty HttpFields state in reactive ResponseBodyEmitter handlers

We have encountered this, however `headerWriterFilter.setShouldWriteHeadersEagerly(true)` does not appear to solve the problem on our end.

Test source folder must have an output folder that is not also used for main sources

Are there currently any workarounds for this, aside from simply removing the srcDir? Unfortunately in my situation it isn't viable.
