Adding a mod then skipping it in Mods crashes the game

This isn't fixed in the patch actually, thank you for finding this

Hitting refresh on the tab to pick a Rom Hack will open the Mods Menu.

There is a 35 MB mod size limit, any mods past like 15 will take forever to download anyways. A display for XX/35 MB could be added to indicate when...
