[WPS Office] Download fails

I'm using WPS office on an Android device. Sorry for forgetting to mention. I have no clue why the app pops up an error message. Windows expolorer and iPad works...

WebView can't navigate to local sites using https

I have a simular issue. Websites with a self signed certificate don't work
