zh-CN translation

@tofi86 Hello, I've noticed that there is no zh-CN translation, so I did it. I have build the project and had a rough test, but I'm still not so sure....

下载release下来发现不能用，url报错。配置好以后试了下comic.py 84行url前面加个“http:”能跑了。环境是Win10，这是什么兼容性问题吗？感谢您的工具
