Jenkins http CLI broken in latest Jenkins LTS releases with anonymous user, can't create ssh users or install plugins

I have the same problem using centos-7. i can authenticate using "admin" and the content of `secrets/initialAdminPassword`. I try to set: `node.run_state[:jenkins_username] = 'vagrant'` `node.run_state[:jenkins_password] = 'vagrant'` but didn't work.
