I have not seen that option. As mentioned in https://github.com/TomAnthony/itermocil/issues/27 you can probably fork iTermocil, extend it with more layouts, and run your fork on your machine.

I agree with this idea. I played this game for several hours straight last night because I was having fun, and I could see new players getting frustrated and leaving....
