In general I think having the extra flexibility would be nice, maybe a ytdlp options pass flag... might break some things but it would give people the option to experiment...

Same issue on Arch Linux using the AUR and Gnome.   Also Tried it in X Server mode and with the app image files... All of them, the screen...
