Documentation fix for depreciated keras.preprocessing

Code still used the depreciated `tf.keras.preprocessing.image` method in usage documentation which caused other docs to show wrong documentation as well such as the [Tensorflow's img_to_array](https://www.tensorflow.org/api_docs/python/tf/keras/utils/img_to_array#usage)

I've dumped a file, 'alignment_debug.pth' toyour current working directory. Please report this along with the file so it can get fixed. https://github.com/AdityaPunetha/AdityaPunetha/blob/main/assets/alignment_debug.pth

Changed .format to f-string for better readability and performance as per PEP 498
