Add support for async calls within the template

This allows to call this type of functions: `${await d.myAsyncFunction()}`

Allow to use the translation from the language given by user

Added change to call to the Google Transalte API with the language given by user, instead of English.

Translations from a different language than english is not working

It seems that only works the translation from english to other languages. I've been trying from spanish to english and it's not doing it.

Missing default value

Or I don't know how to do it or you miss an implementation for default values if the given variable is not defined. It keeps saying 'varname' not defined on...
