Gonna try that later, I don't mind where Winget downloads so long as nothing changes with installing apps. I do prefer my main downloads folder on D: tho :P

Fixed it! The source was installed to an external drive that corrupted, and [this](https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/app-installed-to-external-drive-drive-erased-app/e1ac9dd7-dbb6-48aa-958d-41c4421389b4) moved winget to be accessible again. A simple reinstall from source.msix and winget is working again,...
