Same here - the floating button is an annoyance, I'd imagine even to those who do use the rich editor. I'd very much like to be able to remove that...
For me, this happens when moving tasks between lists - IE if I have a parent task (used as a 'category' - ie Car to-do, House to-do, etc) with subs...
This would be really nice - I have to-do lists that I like to sort manually as the order is arbitrary, and a reminders list that I like to have...
